Task Description: This afternoon I was feeling like doing the summer learning journey. For this summer learning journey task we had to basically do the same thing just like the kick start but we had to create a sea animal on a google drawing. This task was really fun to do. I hope you enjoy checking out my octopus collectable card. Remember to leave a positive comment on my blog, thank you.
While creating this I had to make sure that I added enough detail in this google drawing. The sea was really easy here’s what I did. those circles that are floating above the surface are little bubbles that are under the sea. Those scribbled – waving lines are like the waves but under the sea. My favourite part about creating the background was the bottom. The bottom was star fishes, rocks and seaweed. I also enjoyed creating the octopus because it was so easy to do and because it looks so cute.
Bob is kind, helpful and smart.
If I got to choose what movie Bob would be in it would be finding Nemo because Bob and Nemo are like perfect match they are both kind, helpful and smart.

Kia ora Catherine,
Go you for coming back to complete the Step it Up activity! Two posts in one day, ka pai and you are making a great start, earning points for you mahi.
I thought your task description was fantastic, you told us what. you used to create the image (Google Draw) and what parts were your favourite to complete. I think your finished product looks awesome and the detail you added like the lines on the floor, water and the bubbles really made it pop. I think this is an outstanding blog post for the extra effort you put in on your Google Drawing.
I can’t wait to see more of your creations this summer.

Hi my name is Mariea from Waitara East School your story is wonderful .i like it
beacuse you explain about your picture.
Hi my name is Emma I love your octopus. Maby next time say who’s Bob is. Was it hard to put all the circles? I have never seen a real life octopus have you?
Kia ora . I like Bob he looks very cute. Do you think you could make more fish and a coral reef in the backround. What is making those bubbles? The octopus or something else? I like how you added some seaweed, it makes it look more detailed. Cool, from Thomas ( I go to Kaniere school)
