Task Description: This afternoon I was having to finish off the fold & frame step it up task. For this task we had to create a stop motion video using our origami sea creatures that we used for the kick start. The video had to tell a short story for your sea creature. My stop motion story was my jellyfish swimming in the ocean and above the ocean. For my story I used a cardboard box. This task was so much fun to do. This is such a cool step up activity, it combines two things I find so fun: origami and stop motion. Stop motion is another lesson I love teaching my students but we do it with clay rather than origami. Have you done stop motion before?
Your video is very cool and I like that you were able to use your octopus from your previous task. Your scene looks great with the little waves and clouds drawn in the background.
