Task Description: This afternoon I was doing the summer learning journey task ruapekapeka the bats nest. For this task we had to create a poster about why is pekapeka so special? using google drawing. In this poster we had to add facts about pekapeka and reasons why they are so special. I really liked the presentation of this poster. Using the four rectangles made each fact stand out and it was really easy for me to read the information. I also liked your choice of image for the centre – the bat in flight is the focal point of the poster, or what I was drawn to look at.
What did you find most interesting about the Pekapeka? It’s cool they are only in New Zealand, but it means we need to work hard to protect them!
