Task Description: This term for inquiry we have been focusing on how we can use Te Whare Tapa Wha to understand and improve our overall well-being. This term we have been learning all about the Te Whare Tapa Wha Model. This model helps us understand the four key areas that keep us strong and balanced in life. These are Taha Tinana (Physical Wellbeing) Taha Hinengaro (Mental & Emotional Wellbeing) Taha Wairua (Spiritual Well-Being) Taha Whānau (Social Wellbeing). Looking after all four dimensions of Te Whare Tapa Whā helps me live a balanced and happy life. For this terms inquiry task we had to record ourselves talking about how we take care of all of the four dimensions.
