Vanilla Ice Cream

Task Description: This week in room 10 we had been learning all about ICE CREAM. For this task we had to make ice cream by using different materials to create a vanilla ice cream. Ingredients	½ cup cream 1 tablespoon sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla ½ cup salt 4 cups ice cubes
Equipment	Measuring cups Measuring spoons 1 x medium sized snap lock 1 x large sized snap lock bag
Instructions	Open up the medium sized snap lock bag and add in 1/2 cup cream Then add 1 tablespoon of sugar After that add half a teaspoon of vanilla. Next you will then seal your medium bag up. When you are finished take your big bag and open it up ready  Tip 4 cups of ice into the big bag.  While doing that add half a cup of salt onto the ice. Finally place your small bag into the big bag, then start shaking your bags for about 8 to 10 minutes. Then you can try and eat your ice cream to see how it turned out.
