Fitness Routine

Task Description: This term in room 10 we have been learning all about fitness and how it helps our body. For this task in room 10 we had to get into a group of 3,4,or 5. Then start trying to figure out what was going to be our warm up. Next we had to start trying to figure out what was going to be our activity like just dance or even sports like us we chose netball as our activity. After that we had to finally pick what kind of cool down we could do, the cool down we chose was from go noddle melting exercise.
